Blams / Saves
If a user votes a 0-1 on a movie and it is subsequently deleted (see deletion qualifications below), the user receives one Blam point. Conversely, when a user votes 2-5 on a movie that successfully passes the judgment phase then that user receives a protection point.
Movies are deleted if they fall below the listed score at the listed number of votes:
* 100 votes: 1.0
* 150 votes: 1.25
* 200 votes: 1.60

ok, so you don't think its a legitimate concern that that submission is clearly breaking the normally automated rules. I don't care if you like it or not but its still worrisome, either someone in the clock crew has hacked the site or, clock crew has an inside person who is bending the rules to get that sick thing on the front page. If my original comment gets deleted that will simply prove that Newgrounds is corrupt and no longer "For the people"
